Fe Ciega pinots known for distinct herbal (sage) notes and power/intensity balanced by high acidity. Adam Tolmach of The Ojai Vineyard bought the property last year but Foxen and Longoria will still have access.

Decanting now. Based on CT reviews I suspect I will be disappointed considering the bottle theoretical value. But since it was a gift 5 or so years ago, it's all upside!

The Torrin was drinking perfectly. The Musar was very old world and about what you'd expect for the price point. The Clarice was an excellent example of an RRV Pinot. The Good Ship Dennerprise was exquisite.

For $20 it’s almost impossible to beat that Musar jeaune. Clean, tight, fresh floral minerality. Perfect everyday red that can be drank on its own
