Grenache mixed with Cab is definitely not typicalI don’t drink a lot of Grenache, so I don’t know if it’s typical, but I find this to very floral, almost perfumey. Not sure that it’s my bag. Will report back View attachment 1488269
This vintage Cava is recommended. Not easy to find great ones but at €29 it's a solid alternative to many €40 champers. Harder to sabrage Cava bottles though, Champagne bottles are thicker and almost every time a clean cut. I'm done saber Cava. That’s an interesting looking cover bottle. Out of curiosity where do you saber your bottles? In your backyard? How much do you tend to lose in the process?
