If i were interested in cellaring some champagne what would yall all recommend? Not looking for super expensive bottles just something to put like five to 10 years on.

Love Morgon and Beaujolais is a cool go to region. Are you planning to expand and look in to other wines?
yes, especially when travel opens back up. we had loosely planned a wine oriented trip to tuscany for this fall that i doubt we're doing now. but i am definitely trying to hold off on expanding my universe for as long as i can because our little wine fridge only holds 18 bottles..

I did something similar awhile back. I have a legendary place near me called Hi Times Wine Cellars. You can spend hours in this place and see only half of it.
I kinda knew the champagne specialist because we've talked tennis before, and he's addicted.
I just asked him to show me something very reasonable in a vintage champagne. And he hooked me up. I think the brand he suggested was $42 a bottle.
So if you have a good shop, go make a friend.

Coming out of the gate, this wine is ready to play, as are many of the 2016's – Open and Opulent. The classic spicy black tea, iron oxide, and dark fruit jump out of the glass. We love this wine with any reduction sauce. Our favorite is a morello cherry gastrique with cardamom and white pepper. We recommend drinking this wine from 2019 to 2030.

After learning my about Spanish wines, I have given them another look. Not just a wine that gives me crazy dreams.

Also, didn't tell the whole truth when my PCP asked about alcohol consumption during the lockvdown...

No expert but Pol Roger Brut vintage, Extra cuvée de réserve would work. Ruinart millesimé brut and their blanc de blancs brut. Billecart-Salmon blanc de blancs. All really good wines.

The one below got terrific potential and nice value but are maybe a bit hard to find, not sure though
