I second the chardonnay or even a nice sauvignon blanc, something not to dry but not sweetI'd go white.. Pinot blanc, or Gewurztraminer. Maybe even chardonnay, depending on what you're putting in them.

Man, I hade forgotten about that one. Nice.Like a Paso wine. Being as it’s from the La Mancha are of Spain that makes perfect sense.
