Not surprised with the ME SB getting in the top 10. Such an incredible wine, and the pricetag only makes it better.

C'mon, fucking awesome. Tonight with my girl. Love this wine and its balance, sophistication and juicy, jammy goodness. Swirl, swish, gush. My favourite Cabernet. 94/100 $100 [IMG] Been a while. Been drinking lots of Shiraz, etc. Didn't want to bore you with the details. I'll report on a nice Pinot this weekend. Ta ra.

    nice.

And if we're not bored with your details, we're bored with overzealous AOC explanations. The former is most certainly better than the latter.

Random thought: so glad I have a cellar, and can actually let wine age. Took several years not to be drinking wine too young, but I'm getting there. Be nice to have 10+ years on my ageable cabs and 6+ on my pinots.

Speaking of which Pio, could you give me some info on your cellar. I have the space in my basement but would like some more info so I could better weigh my options.

Sure Johnny. Here's a link to the place I bought it from. Delivery was excellent service. http://www.beveragefactory.com/wine/cellars/600e3.shtml I customized the configuration to have the top two rows take magnums. Nothing much to say other than you need a full size door to get it in, it's eff'ing heavy, and I love it [IMG] I use cellartracker.com to track my inventory. It has a "bin" feature, so I have basically made a physical Excel sheet, with an alpha-numeric grid, i.e 12A, 4L, and it's so easy to find all my bottles.

About how many bottles do you have, if you don't mind me asking?

I meant others that took the time to dissect my recent Cru explanation.
