My problem is that my wine fridge does not have separate temp controls. So you think I'm OK w/ 50/61? Avg is about 55? Or am I going all Jose Pidal? 61 might be a bit warm if it's something you're trying to age for a while like Vintage Port, Bordeaux, Big Cali Reds, etc. If you plan to drink it all in the next 3-5 years you're probably golden.
