Oh man - I'm extremely jealous.

Congrats on what should be a special occasion in its own right in opening that.

'75 was one of the better vintages of the decade and I imagine it would have some solid structure left. The Leoville Las Cases of the last decade have been monsters.

just before 8:30 for me (early departures Friday). But I believe this is due in part to the levels discussion we had on Tuesday. At Rogues Restaurant in Mississauga, ON. A pleasant surprise in this one horse town. Lamb dinner and liver pate starter were excellent.
