Drink now. Jordan’s first vintage. Hits with good fruit, mocha, bacon fat but fades quickly in the mouth (that’s what she said!) with a limp and tea like tannin finish.

Well worth it but this isn’t improving at this point.

Hitting Paso again in March and finally got into Somm's Kitchen! The problem is we tend to swing in on a Sunday and head out on the Thursday. Great for missing the crowds but miss out on those places only open Thurs-Sat.
