'15 Bedrock North Coast Syrah - so much better with some bottle age

Haven’t had anything special lately but this wine was decent this evening. Called Bootleg and is a hodgepodge of grapes. Have a couple shipments coming in or hanging out at my in-laws so excited to try when after we move into the new house tomorrow.

I tend to eat greasy (meat and potatoes) and my favorite wine to drink with that type of food is champagne. In the summer heat I also prefer champagne to something like a rose.
