anyone have thoughts on wine enthusiast's compact fridge? ie not sure if i should consider going up a "level" to the 18 bottle with a compressor...or if anyone has other reqs for something that would only need to hold max 20 bottles

This is from Matt Dees, who also makes wine for Jonata and The Paring. Really good.

2016 Capbern today. Great vintage, trying to hold off on my all purchases.

Speaking of ageability.. I had an 04 of this wine recently and it was drinking great.
You always wait that long with your Beaujolais? Or just the cru’s

Just the cru's. They're obviously great young but tend to get very burgundian with some age on them.
In my case they’re usually aged depending on how long I’ve forgotten about the bottles in my locker
