For like thirty bucks this Barolo fit the bill for me.

Been a while for me as well. Obviously still young but nice drinking. A lot of apple, minerals, toast. A tad nutty. Mrs and I decided to drink it as an apferitift before the lamb.

I like it the lamb.

The Bosconia is their more "Burgundian" bottling. It's really a very different wine than the Tondonia or really any other Rioja that I have had.

Anyone come across producers offering free shipping (assuming 6 bottle minimums) inclusive up to Canada?

Good time to load up, despite the weak cad..
You in Van? Lots of the Okanagan wineries are doing free shipping, discounts, etc.

Yeah, I am!

Already tapped into a couple, namely Le Vieux Pin and Black Hills. Where have you bought from?

Was hoping for some Napa or Williamette valley purchase opportunities

Newton cabs are also fairly old school Napa. Beautiful estate — Peter Newton died about 10 years ago sadly, now owned by LVMH.

6 Pack of new releases arrived from Clos Du Soleil yesterday!

The prices here for anything decent from the US west coast can be pretty outrageous. Wish it was a little more accessible.

Awesome! Going to try the signature.

Juice bar is doing delivery around some areas in Vancouver, including that trebbiolo that was just posted.
