Not sure why that is sideways.

Think it needs more time. Anyone have a sense of how much aging Saxum needs?

Opened a bottle of Saldo yesterday. This whole WFH thing has me figuring out how long to let the wines breath that I drink

Had an egregious picture of Scarecrow wines, including my mag, but too much reflection from the bottle. I'll snap one soon'ish as I just put them all away.

Yup, a great SVD. The more age you give it the better and drink their Sonoma Coast cuvee first.

Great then. It was either Falstaff or McDougall. Thanks!

I think I liked Falstaff better. But those were different vintages I believe. I too drank the Sonoma Coast earlier and let the others sit.

All his SVDs are good, IMO. Can't pick a favorite. The one above was an intense flavour bomb but not in an over ripe, extracted style.

How do you feel about spending money on non-essential goods during the Covid-19 crisis?

  • I don't want to spend money at a time of economic uncertainty, even if I could afford it.

  • I feel compelled to spend to help small businesses that are struggling.

  • I reduced my budget for non-essential goods and I'm not spending at the moment.

  • Not much has changed for me and I'm still buying stuff I can't afford.
