do you think they would fit my low instep 8.5-D-on-a-brannock-device feet?

My only Viberg size I know is that I am extremely comfortable and well supported in my size 8 1035 last lace up boots, with room to spare in the toebox length wise.

My first instinct is to say probably not. My experience in sizing with viberg is atypical to what I normally see in recommendations. I can say I typically buy the same size across all lasts. The toe box of 2005 last is "shorter" than the 2030 but its more the unused space of the extended toe of the 2030. Long story short, it would depend on your individual foot shape but im thinking probably not.

FYI, I agree. I found that the 2005 while roomy is a tad too short in a 7.5, needed an 8, and I'm a Brannock 8.5D and wear 7.5 in 2030s and most 1035s.
