As pictured, there's a tiny bit of indigo crocking near the ankle opening that'll probably go away with a suede eraser / brushing. The leather is beautiful - it's the reverse side of horsebutt and thus have some roughout and shell intermingled through the boot (especially at the vamp).

You could get your foot into an 8.5E, a 10 is too much of a discrepancy. I think the 2030 may not work for your foot at this point.
