First Vanda purchase for me. Really like the tie; material, construction and fabric all get my thumbs up:

Great personal customer service in the whole order to delivery process makes it all even better. I'll, of course, be back for more

Vanda does not use any tags behind the tie, correct?

Three ties arrived yesterday - green silk herringbone, blue Donegal and navy linen shepherd's check. I wore the blue Donegal today and it is a great tie; I wasn't sure whether the light understated Vanda method of construction would work in a fall/winter fabric but it does. Pics when decent daylight available (probably in June).

Correct. No tag, no keeper. Just their signature "V" stitch at the corners.

this actually makes me sad. these ties are beautiful, but the lack of a keeper drives me nuts. (maybe it shouldn't, but let's not go turning this into a therapy session.) the owners are willing to customize orders in other respects -- which is great -- but I begged them (okay, asked politely) to see if they would add some sort of keeper to future orders and they declined. it's their prerogative, to be sure, but it really puts me off from making future purchases.
