Thanks! The orange pants were a personal challenge to myself to see if I could comfortably wear something that bright.

Thanks! I actually sold off everything except for the jacket pictures below. Fits me perfectly and is really cool. Everything else had pretty short sleeves (23" from the shoulder seam to cuff). Looks like this one was never worn and therefore didn't get the sleeves altered. I'll wear it in public eventually. :hide:

Today I found a pair of Allen Edmonds Chester wingtips in cordovan for $10 at Housing Works in New York City. I wear a size 14D, which isn't a very common size, so they're rarely available in clearance sales or second-hand shops, so these are a rare find.

We're not normally on the same page (I guess you find dark, low contrast combinations very flattering, though they make me look like a zombie), but I quite like this, apart from the tie knot being too large for the collar. That's some serious pot calling the kettle black territory here, as this is endemic to a lot of more recent BD shirts and is a big problem with my wardrobe.

I'd also like a little more contrast between shirt/vest and tie/square. This thing, with a white shirt, knit tie that matches the darkest color in the plaid (black or navy?), tan/camel knit vest, and white linen square, would be pure fire -- at least in my book.

What the hell, man -- I thought you were like fifty.

How do you know so much about obscure 1960s music?
