Thanks, guys. If it makes you feel any better it does have a loose thread.

There's no tagged size, but it fits me perfectly. I'll probably figure out something to do with that thread.

I get enough Stalkers from the Fedora Lounge. I don't worry about a few more from different forums.

The photo shoot went well... been working with Robert Bryan and the issue should be out in a about a month... so keep your eyes out for Classic Style issue #3

Just picked up two Steven Alan reverse seam button downs for $6 and $7, both in great shape, one has a tiny spot on the collar. Seems like they were clearing out the shirts and restocking so I might have to try again tomorrow...

Slow pickings recently. I stopped by the really cheap salvation army after work yesterday and found something I've been needing, a blue blazer (1.50). It's a darted Brooks Brothers model and it's half lined so I won't have much of a problem bringing it in just a bit. I admit it is nothing too exciting, or even exciting at all, but thrifting a staple is always a good feeling.

AlanC congrats on the great trousers. They are, at least for me, the rarest of finds.

d'Avenza Roma navy sportcoat, pure cashmere, $477, retail $1595

I got this at C Mart in DC. I'll write a separate post about what else they had.

I bought a Ferragamo blazer for $9. Its labeled as Made in Italy, Fine Worsted Super 120s, etc. Does someone else make this I presume? Anyone know who?

Almost certainly. Take a picture of the information tag inside the pocket (if there is one) and someone might be able to identify it.

Today was tie bonanza!
Here is what I got, each tie was $1.21
2 Armani, perfect condition, both grey, one with various colored blue ovals, the other in shades of grey and white dots
2 Brand new Thomas Pink, thick silk, kind of a royal blue with yellow squares, the other yellow with blue dots
1 Hermes, NEW!!! Kind of a strangely constructed tie, not a 7 fold or a double 4, but kind of in between, I have never owned or held one. This is a beautiful muted orange field with blue starfish (not really star fish but shaped kind of like one)
1. Turnbull and Asser, kind of a deep navy with gold key design, woven not printed.
2. Vinyard Vines, NWT, one with whales, the other with baseball gloves. I will never wear them for business, but for social!
They forgot to ring one up, so I got out of there for $7.76!!!

Picked up an APC jean jacket that will probably appear in B&S soon.
