1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I humbly stand corrected. Is that recent or older -- trying to understand if they're upping their game, or if the older stuff is better.

TIL that when you have a dream about going to the store and finding 3 NWT RLPL ties at the end of the rack, and then you go to that store over lunch, those ties are not actually found at the end of the rack. :(

I was able to console myself with several cool finds. More pics later but here are two:

Quick Question-Package gets delivered and then stolen off your front porch, are those pretty easy cases to win? Had 2 stolen in 2 days, filed claims and am having all packages held now but just wondered how hard it was to collect?

    Thanks

I have had one taken off of my porch. Didn't win my claim, luckily it was a relatively cheap item.

That sweater vest is pretty sweet. I haven't been able to find anything like that good enough to wear at all yet.

One that will make me a doctor. I have 3 interviews lined up at 'better' schools (whatever that means), but the pressure's off and I'd be more than happy to go where I got in.

    Super psyched :)

    Thanks mang!

Haha, thanks. Not sure there's much of a scene where I got in anyway, but we'll see what happens when I'm there.

I got very lucky yesterday. Really in an embarrassing way now that I look at the volume: it looks like Harry Rosen donated all of their NWOT 2012/2013 suits, tuxes, and unclaimed custom (Samuelsohn) sportcoats to a Goodwill outside of Toronto. I was on vacation yesterday, but I had to do something for a client. I should've gone to a hooker because the day was that awful, but I pathetically went to GW instead. Because it was a town where no one wears suits, everything was untouched:

The pictures are purposely bad, but everything is wearable as a sportcoat save for the Zegna mainline tuxedo. I won't even show you the Ford, BOO, Versace, D&G, and Ferragamo shirts/ties, because, like I said, it's too much.

Everything at true-thrift prices, and everything one or two seasons ago with side vents and two buttons (except the tux).

From L-to-R, Armani, Armani, Samuelsohn (Loro Piana), Samuelsohn, Tombolini (cotton), Zegna (mainline), Z Zegna, Zegna (mainline), Boss Black (suit), Zegna (mainline) tux, Boss Black (suit) Loro Piana fabric, Armani, Zegna (mainline), Samuelsohn (linen), Samuelsohn (Loro Piana).
