you like it, teh Irish Aran?

I just passed on this same sweater at my Marshalls a few hours ago. I'd offer to go back and get it for you, but I'm leaving tomorrow early for a week-long work trip. Don't remember how much it was.

Also passed on a PRL cashmere cardigan for $180, several PRL cotton blazers for $70, a CC Corneliani cotton tan blazer for $100, and a Corneliani Trend jacket for $140 (I think I saw the same one posted up here a little while ago - grey/black with black epaulets and pockets).

Is that MLW vest a men's or womyn's?
Good Call, could be women's, but the button closer is on the correct side for mens usually. Also has an elastic back, not sure if thats a telltale sign.

I've also got a bush poplin safari jacket in my stash.

it seems identical in many ways to the jacket you've got posted on your blog, except the details are leather and its much heavier. poplin has a bit of a raised texture, no?

But thanks for the compliments, I am a photographer, I used a Canon 5D MK II, 50mm 1.2 and Paul C Buff 1600w White Lightnings!

5D MK II is sweet, my wife shoots with one, and I recognize a few other things you mentioned from her wish list. Great pics!

I think it's usually from the ironing process, too much heat or pressure.

Is there a way to fix or at least soften that shine? I've passed on good sport coats because of it.

@capnwes I'm glad that orvis 2piece isn't a 46, my wallet would have been in serious trouble.

Heck, I may bid on it anyway just to own it...

The difference a good camera and a light box makes. Holy crap. Ebay talk below.

In November, I found these shells, took some crappy pictures on a black background. They didn't do as well as I had hoped.

After getting a nice camera for Christmas I made a homemade light box. I just happened to thrift the same exact shoes again, in the same exact uncommon size, and similar condition. To make my experiment work, I used the same exact title, description, and auction format. These pictures aren't perfect, but they more than doubled what I made.
