1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Nothing turns a shitty thrifting day around like the sight of this (also overheard a worker whose there daily and knows me, give out the info on the exact time they bring out the new stuff everyday to a guy who obviously wasn't there thrifting...something he wouldn't disclose to me in a million years...2 scores)

Also, can any of you 'LO Lifes out there give any info on this bad boy. Made in Italy Pre Corneliani/Caruso days (I'm assuming). Was there a Polo factory in Italy making in house before they started outsourcing? This is in great shape if it is that old. Deetz if you got 'em please. Thanks.

Nice, the scarf ties are cool, I've only found one, they don't make them anymore.

These should be sold as a pair:

Saks tags, Saks hangers.. I'm guessing he picked those up at "Saks Off 5th". I frequent Saks Off 5th every once in awhile, and they usually have lots of Zegna. I've also seen Isaia and Brioni there. Nordstrom racks usually have a few Zegna SC's / suits, and most of the racks I've been to have a ton of Zegna ties.

Pretty cool vintage parka find today at Goodwill. Looks like it's never been worn.

Because It's There, Seattle WA. Made in USA.

Mt. Rainier Design has been (re)launched in Japan, and I've seen their stuff before online. But I was never quite sure if it was a real brand in the 60/70s or completely new company with a "heritage" look. They've definitely taken the logo at least from this jacket.

Pretty impossible to find any real vintage MRD pieces online. Lots of links to the new Japanese stuff.

Don't take any sartorial risks; basic suit, white/blue solid shirt, simple, well made tie, white square or none, and good black shoes. Something you are comfortable with and fits well.

    Good luck with the interview
