My last dog sweater thread derailment for now. I just finished the Arc'Teryx. It was a women's small that had been washed too many times. I kept the collar, used the fabric from the middle part of the back, sewed on an inner front pocket, and attached the hang tag.

Thanks for all of the compliments. These sweaters are actually fairly easy to make though. My sewing experience is limited to sewing 5 dog sweaters.

Dog could carry its own poop-bags and whatnot in that pocket. Genius.

anyone know anything about Warren K Cook? I've seen a few pieces, they seem like quality, but haven't pulled the trigger until today:

and looks like it was worn all of 5 times in the intervening decades.

also, personal victory: hit a couple bb x loro cashmere blazers and wool pants in my size this weekend. this adventure began 3 months+ ago as a way to thrift myself some decent threads - collectin' em, slowly but surely!

Is this one of those NSW Olympic Jackets everyone is freaking out about? I usually don't pay more than $29 or so, but I saw the completed listings for these things so I picked it up. Could always take it back if not. Anyone have anymore insight? Thanks in advance.

Congrats on finding the right buyer!

2 stores. A few items. Ran into a thrifter. We were talking about selvedge denim. He told me he found 3 pairs of Baldwins the other day...FML! Good on him though!

70's Big E Levi's bell bottoms...Riveted! Did not cop cuz they were bell bottoms...Interesting finds though!

Another pair with leather pocket trim! Very cool.

Am I the only one who cops Civilianaire? One of them wasn't tagged...I had to talk to a supervisor to sell me the second one for the price of the first.

Saw a Brioni! Some asshole cut off all the buttons...Had to talk to the supervisor to give me a 20% discount. Gonna ask my girl to sew on some MOPs.

Coped this bad boy for my boy!

RRL full cut work pants. Size 28. Available. Small guys get at me! @donjuan , @Brianpore , @caseyfud
