1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

You can ignore my PM, if you want to run an auction, put them on Ebay.

It's surprising all the things that have fulfillment centers/warehouses in the area.

Gilt, Zappos (LOVE their outlet, I think most of my shoes come from here anymore), Amazon, and even American Giant (makers of the "Greatest Hoodie Ever", based in I believe San Fran) has their fulfillment center around this area. I know I'm missing more.

Eh Yo! If any of y'all see recent Hickey Freeman in 40R, always let me know! I know the quality isn't up to Italian level stuff, but I love that HF is made in Rochester and is part of the same company as Coppley. So yeah, any Coppley or HF in 40R, 16.5x35 & 34x32, let a brother now!

It's because of the UPS worldport hub, which is an impressive operation (but the tour starts a 9 pm and runs to 3:30 in order to show the busy times -- my simulator flight happened at around midnight). I don't know if just anyone can tour the Gilt warehouse. This was part of a press trip.

Cool! I've always wanted to get inside there.
Nasty Gal, Rue La La, a few others. Gilt is the only one with a warehouse sale, though. Zappos is moving their outlet to Vegas.

Eh, not necessarily. I'm almost positive I've seen some of the regular sig series, or at least sig silver made by Zegna. But yea, checking the ones made in Mexico is a good start.

Some of the silver is made by Zegna as well, although I have never seen the regular sig by Zegna.

I've also seen their "Joseph" line made by Zegna.

+1. Thought this was going to be passing on a (somewhat) decent deal since you were going to leave them behind. Not quoting eBay prices and starting an auction on here. No thank you. :(

They were not exactly cheap for thrift prices at $75 for the 4 of them. Plus this is the first time I grab things just for the forum members and having to do all the work to see how online transaction works and doing the walk of shame to carry around those big thrift store bags home (I am a poor student with no car), so of course I want to get some profit for my work. And when there are eBay auction ending at $400 for pre-owned Isaia and you guys want $50-60 for it, yeah....[IMG]

If you're ashamed to carry thrift shop bags around town, I doubt we can help you.

I sold one of those Kiton suits at basically cost, but it's really up to each individual member what they want to do. You don't always get back the good karma you put out, but sometimes you do. If you're a poor college student, take a half hour, post shitty pictures on ebay and make $100 or so bucks.

I don't really have a horse in this race, but you were going to leave them... It's really not that much work to trade stuff on here/carry around bags. Especially considering most of us do it for fun.
