1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

That's a really nice find on a solid chore coat. Looks true vintage to me. But I think the Wrangler Blue Bell is rare and better because it has more of the bells and whistles. Also, eBayers dog that later more.

    W.T.F!!!!!!!!!!!!
    Yes, what Wes said!
Are the cuffs single or double stitched?

I think double stitched if you mean stitching at both the top and bottom? The bottom stitching has worn away in many places.

No rivets on the inside anywhere except for where the buttons are.

And two adjustment straps on the back...

I've already got something EXTREMELY similar (bought it from one of the Texas guys, can't remember which though), otherwise he would have had a PM immediately. Thanks for looking out for me though!

Yes young padawan, piss is of the essence here. Or other offending jokes. It's important to offend.

COVER THE WORLD WITH .... ????

Yeah, that's a tweed Kiton suit.

    And then ...

    Finally, another suit:

Three 3-2 pieces of Kiton, all in a row, at one store. (There was a silk SC, but it had pulls in it; I'll see if it's still there for half-off day.). Suits are tagged 52 L, the cash sc is 50 (but is definitely the same-ish size). I paid up, but that probably means standard LA thrift pricing.

    available.

Yeesh, I go on vacation for a week and there's 940 new posts. What'd I miss? Saw Wes's deadstock boots haul. Great stuff.

I didn't do much thrifting while I was out, but I did have a bit of luck at Marshall's, for the first time ever:
