1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    In what context?

For me, I'd go with cycling shoes and running shoes. Anything else, I can make do. [IMG]

For the real answer, I'd think something like PTBs and dress boots.

Glad to hear. I'm surrounded by 4 different fires currently. I'm a semi-prepper though and am ready to bounce once we get word.

Deetz on them Bape. XL. Fit true to size. The zipper zips all the way up to the top of the hood. Sick!

Available for trade. One SF member is interested.

Looking for Sick Swnd wear like the Japanese stuff that you guys know I'm into. If not, CM unstructured SCs with patch pockets. Measurements in my Sig.

Too lazy to throw them on fleabay.

I just went in for some returns. The store only does store exchange, not cash back, so I was really hoping there was something worth taking home, and then, without warning:
    [IMG] ... [IMG]

    Two firsts for me.
The suit is a bit weird, though. 3 button, double vented. Trousers are like jeans - flat front, with curved front pockets, watch pocket, and patch back pockets.

    Also, one of these:

I've seen much more impressive hauls on this site, but it's a banner day for me.

Nothing that exciting from the Southern Hemisphere, but I couldn't pass on the Lanvin tie.

In my new house I have a GW less than a mile away and it is on the way out so I hit it almost every day. Not that great, but fairly steady. Everything is available.

Broken top button, called Brooks Brothers and received 2 replacements today.

A Kiton suit with weird pockets is still a Kiton suit. Kinda reminds me of the weird quadruple patch pocket Luciano Barbera Eazye picked up in terms of unexpected luxe weirdness.

It's possible this tie was made in Korea using a photocopier -- and not one of the good Koreas, either.

Hoping for the best! A friend of mine who lives in Escondido has already evacuated. Seems like the winds are shifting, so hopefully they flames head elsewhere. It's going to be a crazy fire season. We've already had 5 days over 90 this year (which is higher than usual for this part of California), with another forecasted for tomorrow.

It is indeed a disappointing choice in fabric selection. However the the limitations of thrifting in the Southern Hemisphere pose significant hurdles to finding such patterns in silk varieties.
