1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Bijan by D'avenza. The fabric of this thing is terrible but I can't leave a raw silk, dual vented Bijan behind for $8...

My first. [IMG] A little dated but hey who cares with that brand. It's about a perfect 40R, and headed for that other place unless someone wants it.

    ^^Nice.

PRL 3-Piece suit that is missing the pants. Fully canvassed, handwork, surgeon cuffs. Will still move pretty fast, but I might try to track down some pants before letting it go.

How do you guys monetize donations to thrift stores like GW and SA?

Just $50 a bag or do you itemize everything and figure a fair amount?

The first three Isaia's and the Oxxford are full suits (flat front pants). The rest are orphans which I will be back everyday until the pants are found [IMG]. Popped my Isaiah cherry so stoked. I apologize but all are N/A unless you have similar suits in 38R. Reason being, I just did my taxes and ended up owing a pretty sizable amount. Unfortunately I am broke as a joke and need to make some cash.

    Thanks bro

Trust me. This is no typical day for me. I'm usually stoked to find Brooks Brothers. Thanks dude.

    I'll measure soon but I think they're all 40 - 42.

Good thing they don't fit me. I am not looking forward to the yearly "you're not gonna like this" look on my accountant's face when he gives me my returns.

At thrift prices?! I'd be all over those.

    That's pretty damn cool!

    ...and...

    Damn - that sucks.

...but I don't want to be a pirate!...

I'm sure they're from the custom collection, and I can't remember a used car salesman that would know what a vv tie is.

I donate everything to GW, since they now give computerized receipts with a code you can enter online, then figure the value and you get a printable itemized receipt for taxes...that said, the majority are re-donations for which I claim GW's in-store price. i.e.: if they sell shirts for $5.95 and I donate one, I claim $5.95. HOWEVER, I had my 2013 taxes done today and they asked me what the original retail value was for the 8 or 9 big pile o' donations I made in 2013...I had no idea (we guessed $3k), but apparently that plays into it somehow. Ended up owing a crap-load of money to the IRS even after all possible deductions. I has a sad.

I feel your pain. I owed a grip. My GW doesn't give a printout receipt. They just give me a generic form that I have to fill out. That seems like a good idea though to itemize by typical GW prices. Thanks dude
