1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

Yes, thrift. Price was right... Sort of a light day otherwise, there seem to be a ton of people thrifting here.

Tough call. Its not marked on the back? Can you bend the leather in the opposite direction that it would be worn (ie make it wrinkle) and post a pic?

Doesn't really wrinkle when bent, looks like. Tried bend it as much as possible.

    Forgot to add this one:

"The man plans to thank Gedelian and Pietscher in person soon."

I'm down to thrifting once a week; going to a couple of stores. I'm really looking for shoes now, since I enjoy the cleaning and polishing.

Shoes of the last two weeks:

NOS FootJoy golf shoes. Sold for one-way airfare to Miami.

I just passed on a Ascot Chang 'Mao style' black suit made from loro super 130s. Is that something you would usually buy because of the fabric alone? Or pass because of the style?

I wouldn't say it's an auto kop for me. It would depend on wear, as it doesn't look to be a high end piece from the pic. I'm trying to not pick up worn stuff though.
