1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

I'm a small-time poster here, so my opinion might not be worth much, but I agree with this wholeheartedly.

I don't understand why we need all of these spin-off threads. If it has to do with thrifting, why can't it be posted here? Most of us are also flippers, we all wear clothes, most of us like to argue. Why does this need to be split up into various threads? It's mostly the same 20-30 posters in all 4 of the thrift related threads anyways.

+1 (hence my Monty Python embed)
But perhaps this should have been posted to the Official Thrift Thread Calls for Reason thread. /insert witty emoji here/

It's been a while since I've posted, but I've been sucking the marrow out of this thread and my thrift game has been steadily improving. I've been finding a lot of firsts lately, including these ties I picked up last night.

I object to your objection! Let's fight about it for two pages and drown out all the good finds over that period!
