1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

Hot damn, nice work today thrift. It's always a good day that has Kiton, Brioni, Bijan, and Isaia popping up. I'm heading out a lot this next week, hopefully I'll get around to posting my (somewhat meagre) finds. Also, belated thanks to my Secret Santa! I don't actually know your thread moniker haha. I'll do a proper shoutout tomorrow! But I'm wearing one of the ties right now.

I like the Tori Richard shirt... That's pretty much my favorite combination of colors for an Aloha shirt. If it was my size....

Only second time thrifting in last few months. Everything is available.

Picked this up since my wife grew up on Martha's Vineyard, not that I actually ride a bike...

The label looks a little odd in these Church's, but I hadn't heard of counterfeit ones before

e-thrift (I know there was a 43R who liked Norman Hilton some where on this thread)

I feel a little bad for this guy, I won the jacket for $1.50 with free shipping. It cost him $8.50 to ship it.

Ouch. Surprised the jacket got to you. Last time I won an auction like that, the seller's girlfriend's cat "accidentally" p*ssed on it.

It looks like a nice jacket. If it has no flaws, why not send the guy seven bucks so he'll at least break even? It is, after all, Christmas, and you can never bank too much karma.

    Hello Everyone,
My names Charlie. I've been lurking here for about a month and have to say thank you to this forum for changing the brands I wear. I used to be fine with wearing Chaps but not anymore. Anyway I decided to thrift with $20 I won on a scratcher this morning and this was my haul for the day. (Sorry in advance for the crappy phone pictures. Im leaving to work on a cruise ship next month so my camera is in for a cleaning so I can take good shots while on the ship.) also sorry i put spoiler to where you have to click it a few times still getting used to this

Thanks size 38R. I actually had that page bookmarked on my computer after seeing it somewhere before. Im ridiculously picky when it comes to my fit and even more so when it comes to material (Picky enough that the only one who will still go with me thrifting is the girlfriend and thats only cause I seem to have a knack for finding her cashmere sweaters). This was more I paid $1 for a scratcher and won $20 so Id take a guess on if it fit my bro or grandpa

Catching up on the thread I just wanted to weigh in on the pleat/ no pleat discussion. While pleats are definitely not in favor generally right now, they can look great, and not just on larger folks who need "space"...The Armoury guys have been posting pleats recently, for example, and below is one time SF big timer, MaoMao in one of my all time favorite fits.
