1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Yeah generally sspeaking housing works has better stuff throughout the city but their prices are much higher. Check out city opera if you havent already. Similar vibe but more steals. Their furnituee prices are insane.

Kopping Canon stuff can be a little bit risky, as quite a lot of it is quite frankly worthless. Nikon, however, is a goldmine. They've used the same mount (F) since 1959, making even hella old lenses usable on today's digital houses (I'm simplifying a little bit here. Ken *Cough* Rockwell has more info: http://www.kenrockwell.com/nikon/compatibility-lens.htm)

What this means is that stuff people thought was worthless, like old prime lenses, are worth quite a bit. The good stuff, like a 50 f/1.2 can go for 300 bucks, and the really good stuff, like a 58 f/1.2 NOCT, 3 - 4 000$. For one lens.

A general pointer: A lot of glass and a lot of metal is good. Plastic zoom lenses from the 80's are not.

Yeah, I was referring to lenses that are nice to use. If flipping, other brands are better. But, the right Canon lenses are still a gold mine....

Polo by Ralph Lauren. If only it fit. XL. I'm swimming in it. May end up on eBay or trade fodder.

Love those old brooks suits. Button stance is a little high. Any chance that one is in the 40r neighborhood?

Guys, keep an eye out for the green label Brooks Brothers OCBDs in 15-31 or so (or newer Extra Slim Fit). Please.

I bought one from Mr. Brooks Brothers, and it's perfect.

I grabbed this the other day. If anyone has Zegna branded sunglasses and wants it, PM me. Stop complaining - I told you who this was for and you clicked on it anyway! :D
