1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I'm pretty tempted to pursue this strategy.

Hell, I've never seen ANYTHING Belvest IRL although I have been looking for it since nearly day 1.

If you get the opportunity, I'd love to see pictures of Belvest buttons. Why not google it and post a picture for me to view? ;)

Why not just go to my Tumblr and see Dig?
I just bought the exact same suit off eBay. I love the Belvest for NM, hands down my best fitting garments. I once found one here before our Last Call closed and it's gotten me hooked. Now I bite the bullet and pay NWT eBay prices whenever I find another good one.... and mine came with the extra buttons.[IMG]

It's getting seriously freezing here. First snow of the season just a couple of miles from here.

    Need moar tweed. Now.

I hear you, just dropped off two new flannel trousers and two tweed jackets at the tailor! Prepping for layering.

If anyone finds a sweater like this in medium hit me up I'm in the market. Does anyone else have a great deal of difficulty finding solid colored obdc shirts in anything other than blue or white? I've been looking for months and never see anything that isn't patterned. I've been slowly building a wardrobe and need a couple in like dark reds and greens and navy.

***Warning: Noob posting a trench coat***

I never barely ever pick up any sort of trench coats, but this one seemed kinda cool. Anyone know if this is a fur collar or just something else made to look like fur?

Also had a pretty decent run earlier this week. Stopped by a few places on Monday. Nothing at my first 3-4 stops. Almost decided to just head home but then I found a newer Brioni tie, recent BB suit in my size, 2 recent Canali suits in EU58 and a bunch of cool shirts (LL Bean script logo madras, Pink, etc.) at my next stop. Ended up filling the back seat of my car at the next 2-3 stops.

I picked up a 44L and was suprised it fit me to a T. All of my other suits and sport coats are 42L. Does Belvest usually run slimmer? It was my first time seeing Belvest and it would be nice to know since I'm in love and will be looking for more.

Not that I have seen, I picked up a 42L and I wear a 44R and I could button it but was just a little too tight. Normally I can barely squeeze into a 42.

In my experience yes but not terribly. I can do a 54 or 56 in Belvest for NM and I'm a 42-44 in US brands (54 in Zegna). Like many brands though they do have different fits but all mine for NM fir the same and are awesome. I still need waist suppression on them but the high armholes and slim arms are impossible to beat.

I've heard white label is more traditional while black (which is what NM are) is slimmer. No personal experience though.
