1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

With the recent posts about canes, it's rather coincidental that I actually bought my first one today. Nothing terribly special...

Though it did have this inside.

Found a few interesting items as of late:

NWT Drakes Tie for Barneys-beautiful solid blue woven, with white and yellow pin dots
NWT Brioni pocket square. Ive thrifted alot of tasty things, but finding a pocket square of such finery is a new one for me.
    Couple pairs of Oxxford Trews
TooBoot NYC suede engineer boots-these are bad ass

Passed on a bunch of stuff, Zegna blazers, some Oxxford suits that were either dated, orphans, or huge

    Nothing cost more than $2.50

I have a rather large pile of them....I hate to iron, so they pretty much never get listed, unless I am in a rare mood. Did buy one of those folding thingamajigs last week.

I'm sorry I'm not letting that get stuck at the bottom of a page. Plus I forgot the best part
While taking this picture, I realize they only charged me for 5.... oops.

Hah funny u mention that, I recently purchased one a few weeks back. I hate to iron, steam or fold shirts for eBay, so needless to say it has only been used a handful of times. It will not fix our problem of hating to list shirts as a whole, merely mask our hate a bit and make us feel like their is a hope in the future for enjoyment.

    ....hasn't happen for me yet.
    Good Luck!

Havent been thrifting too much lately with a new job and a new place but went out a few times and found a couple things including a Teak coffee table that is awesome, my first.

For those I owe a package to, Ill have it out in the next couple days, sorry!

Is it gift exchange time already? This time last year I was still lurking while reading the entire thread. I will def participate this year.

Dayum those are nice. Other than a Battistoni last week, I haven't found decent ties in ages.

E-thrfting adventures. This first one is for Barrelntrigger.

Bought those N&F jeans on Reddit for $80. Found out they retailed for $777. Wore them a bit and decided they weren't for me. Traded for these on the same reddit board. Totally worth it. After I made the deal, I got a message from another redditor asking if I would trade the N&F for their Macbook Air. Oh well. After shipping I got unworn, hemmed, and soaked Flat Head's for $87.

This trade was tricky. First I thrifted a pair of AE Camerons. Then my little sister thrifted me a pair of AE Waldens. She forgot to mention that had a hole in the bottom of them. I traded and SF user for AE Woodstocks without a hole in the bottom of them. Cleaned them both up and wore them for a while. Then found a redditor who wanted the two of them for this NWOT Epaulet Jacket. After shipping this was about $30 total.

Thrift fit of the two. The rest of the clothing wasn't thrifted, but gifted.

Then of course, the best e-thrift of them all, this NWT Belvest sport coat for a buck.

Wish this fit me. I'd feel bad flipping since I know who it came from and all. So if a 40R wants to get at me with a trade let me know.
