1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Heck, I can do that at home. Might just make it another thrift-free weekend and enjoy the music fest as god intended.

DAMN! You're not going to believe this but I think I thrfited something almost the same in YYC last year. It was Canali Proposta but the fabric/weave/colours look the same.

Centofani pieces are amazing! Someone recommended I give him a try to tailor my items. No thank you, his prices are ridiculous. But I think he has since passed, so whoever is running his shop.

Almost didn't pick this up on a quick run this past Sunday. Didn't recognize the label, but I thought - Italy, cashmere blend, probably can't go wrong. Just checked the label/makers thread and I'm glad I went with my gut.

That moment when you find a piece in the thrift store you've been lusting over for years... And it's too small :(

Well. In my defense I did send you pics first, and you didn't mention that. Lol. She must be pissed at you.

Taking our dog to Baltimore right now to have her eye removed and replaced with a prosthetic. Would appreciate some prayer for my wife who is on the verge of a meltdown.

Good luck my man! I'm sure everything will be alright, and your pup will be happy not to have a busted eye anymore. :nodding:

Also, huge shout out to dolfan954 for hooking me up with some seriously sick vintage hunting boots. I've never seen a pair quite like these before. They have a really neat double lacing system so you can lace the liner separately from the outer part of the boot. Really cool.

Thanks my thrifting brothers. Just this second, as I was hitting the multiquote buttons, got the email from my wife. Mia is out of surgery and it went well. She is still asleep, but we may be taking her home tonight instead of tomorrow night. Ughh, I am not ready to fight that traffic twice in one day. City people are nuts to do that everyday.
