1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Had elephants once last year. Someone here snagged them in about 30 seconds.

One of the more wearable RG shirts, particular during summer. Kicker is its a size SMALL - first for the thread?

Corneliali made PRL. 32, unaltered. First time seeing a split waistband on PRL pants. Available.

On that note, I know most of you guys pass on the majority of PRL shirts. But if you see anything CUSTOM FIT in S/15 please grab, I'll hook you up (for that matter, grab any custom fit - easy flips).

Also a Yohji Yamamoto. Can anyone give me any info on this? It was cheap enough, so if it is fake it is no big deal :D

Waiting in Starbucks I saw a guy walk in with a comb over, Natuica shorts and a very tight Izod polo with massive sweat stains and I said OMG this is my French Model! Than I realized he was just checking me out and wasn't Brian [IMG]

Since I was poaching in his territory and I actually seem to like the theory of selling on eBay more than I actually like to do the work to set up a store I gave him the 3 AE Park Avenues to sell for me. I am starting to wrack up some serious crap I need to unload, but as my wife tells me I actually only like reading about it and doing the shopping part...

Good luck Brian with your selling, and I will ping you next month when I am down again. [IMG]

I love that PRL Cotton/Linen jacket a little too small for me. I also love the purple and pink ties... I have a noob question, what do you mean when you call it Deadstock? Also thanks for the info on the Double R popover shirt.

Hi everyone! I've been thrifting for a while now, mainly for flipping, and I came across this thread last night. I've scrolled through numerous pages and love looking at everyone's finds. Thought I would post a couple of the my own from this morning. I don't normally buy shoes. How'd I do with these at $5. I don't know about the Zero King, but it is in perfect condition and again, for $5, why not.

I do buy for myself. Most things I buy with the intention of flipping but when it fits just right, it just never seems to make it to the bay.

Are these by Thurston? I bought a pair of black braces for formalwear and they have the same content tag.

I may have missed out on the shoes, but I was able to grab the bags.
They're available if another member has use for them.

Yohji looks real to me... don't think it's a really an often faked brand.

Deadstock generally means NWT, never worn, tried on etc., but quite old.

I forgot to mention I passed on a pair of untouched Alden Shell wingtips for $275. No box, no bags, and 6.5D and that made me pause. I guess I could have opened the auction to Japanese bidders, but I really hate shipping international.
