1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

You can be like some of the sellers I have seen and put Tom James for Oxxford!!! I bought one of these blazers when I first started out and when I received it I asked the seller where is the Oxxford cloth tag, this seems to be regular wool? He said Tom James is a designer for Oxxford so all of the clothes labeled Tom James are by Oxxford... Needless to say we went around, I asked him if he had google and could he send me a picture of this famous Tom James fellow. In the end I stopped arguing and eBay made him refund my purchase price + shipping. The coat was quite nice, but I bid assuming it was the higher end Tom James which actually does use Oxxford cloth.

I wish, it was a Royal Classic which is a nice coat but far from Oxxford quality. I would have been perfectly happy to own the coat if I would have won it without a Oxxford premium. It was pretty nice, working cuffs and it fit well. If he hadn't labeled it as Oxxford I may have bid on it anyway since I just wanted a new Navy Blazer.

The one I have was custom made. Would you think there's a quality level difference between these and the ones with the Oxxford label? I own 3 Oxxford suits and while the fabric feels nicer on the Oxxford suits, the hand work is at least as good. TJ Auction

I too am trying to figure out "jean thing". I usually stick to Levis but I would like to have a nice casual pair that fits just right. I might have to try the APC sometime. Should I try on the 'Bay or do their sizing run big or small?

I would have only picked the two shirts. Maybe the RL jacket if had side vents. The rest are a waste of time... unless you have a big closet .

    Please use next time

I think it will work, I have taken in a lot of pants and never had any problems. If you or anyone you know has a sowing machine it's very easy to do yourself

if you want to get into denim, the point is kind of to buy a pair new or raw, and they fade based on your own wear. They are more expensive than standard 501 levis, ~$200, but worth the investment. Another option is the LVC line from Levis, should have them at your local Barneys.

APC may look cool but their fall apart after a few washes. Yes, you CAN wash raw jeans just hang dry!
    Looks like their older model.
I would head on over to www.weargustin.com to pick up a pair for $81 to $99. I have their Heavy Americans and for the $ I paid, the quality is pretty awesome! I know Mark bought like 4 pairs and I'm sure he can back them as well. Also, I love my LVC but they don't fade very well...

Messrs. Joseph A Bank told me that "merchandise is not billed until shipped, a pre-authorization is obtained when the order is placed, it will automatically drop off your statement."

Hope you guys get that straightened out. I guess I'm glad I missed those few pages of the thread when the sale was announced and assumed to be real, ha. BTW, your store website looks awesome.
