Just picked up 100 Borrelli ties nwt.  47 of them are 7-fold
Where were you shopping? There is goodwill near where I live and find nothing like that. Maybe I will find one good tie like that. How did they have 100? I guess you could say found the pot of gold.

Catside I would get the Zegna Couture jacket repaired if possible. Zegna Couture from relatively recent label is pretty much fairy dust man. German Sheppard bite - do not like the sound of it. At least the jacket is dark, maybe a reweaver could mend and leave virtually no trace?

Well, anybody 40L who wants to do that?

I'm still relatively new here so I hope this question is ok, but does anyone know any good thrifts (selling Kiton 7-fold, Attolini blazers, that sort of thing) in Bucksnort, Tennessee?

From a couple of spots here in Salt Lake City this week.

Canali Proposta jacket, fits me, so keeping for now.

Corneliani ID shirt, fits me!

Finally, a skeet blanket I'm willing to wear. Really more beautiful than the dark photo shows but far more subtle than the average RG.

Red Burberry London polo.

Gorgeous navy blue Viyella shirt from Saks. The real 55% wool 45% cotton vintage Viyella (Wiki), feels great, keeping!

A silky Zanone long-sleeve polo. Grandpa pays $295 or more for this at Barney's, others pay half of that when on sale at Yoox, but I paid $2 because purple tags were half off at Goodwill.

At $6 from Savers, these cool Bally loafers.

It's so dry where I am I can't even compete. But I did find this soviet-era necktie.
It's in English so obviously for the export market.
For some reason - maybe to fulfill the 5-Year Plan - the inter lining is a flexible sheet of plastic.
I guess one would buy this for the some reason one would have bought a Lada. Though I'm not sure what reason that would have been.

Hi folks, here are a couple of finds from my weekend trip.

Pal Zileri jacket in dark navy with silver pindot like pattern (52 tagged):

Zegna shirt (17.5 tagged):

Foggia tie in an interesting copper/black pattern. Depending on the direction you look at it, the colour changes - i forget the correct term for it. Not that the above photographs are great quality, but this is hard to capture.

I am willing to trade the shirt/jacket for something in my size (15.5, 38 jacket) if anyone is keen.

Cremieux is a Paris-based designer who in 1999 set up a partnership with Dillard's as an upscale house brand, similiar to Faconnable and Nordstrom. Their Italian made ties are very nice. Most of there signature line is along the same quality as US made PRL.

Non clothing orphan find:

Was in the local GW and saw this:

A like new Cusinart electric knife without the blades, put back down, pretty useless with out blades.

Saw a big knife block with knives, nothing special, then looked in the bin of knives and found these:

Orphan reunited, $7.99.......Did look online and there is another set of blades for bread and a storage board, will go back today.

Also a rather heavy long (10") brass shoe horn:

Sometimes it's pretty amazing what mundane things you can pick up on the cheap, last week, nice coach leather belt, like new Levi's wide brown belt, not really brag worthy, but for $3.

This morning a coworker received his new HP computer, didn't have a keyboard and needed a USB keyboard, he bemoaned having to buy a new keyboard when he has many older ones, told him to go to the GW about a mile away, comes back with a like new HP USB keyboard, $3.99.
