1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

RP is a lesser known maker so resale isn't that great. If the price is high, then you probably made the right call to pass. If you were buying them for yourself, they may be worth a pick up though.

You do have my interest in obscure non-cowboy centric styling though. Have a picture? If they are a 10D and my style, feel free to proxy for me. :D

Just add these toe caps to cover the scuffs and those will be nice.

Its real, probably from about 1994-1996. eBay bux perhaps $30? The garment bag is cool - the Boston store was a franchise shop, not a company owned store, so their things were a little different than the standard assortment. When they went out of business, the sale was epic. I did great there.

Two big thank yous to HANDSERHUND for not only proxying some cool NWT Ferrari gear for me, but putting in a basket of coffee that my wife loves and cant find here in the states, sending me a consignment AND letting me buy something from there that is just killer. YOU my friend are top notch in all aspects and thank you!!

Second thank you to FACE OF BOH for sending me 21 year old U2 gear for my collection, and the most killer F1 official Michael Schumacher race jacket that is now hanging proudly in my garage, ready for the Fall driving season.

I am in debt to you both!

We use to have pillows taped to the wall of the garage instead of safety cones. Don't they leave marks on the bumper from where they rub?

^I use a tall cardboard box about the size of a 70" tv for my SUV. Seems to work well. I drape a towel over it so I don't scratch my bumper.

Passed on some Luccese suede cowboy boots - they wanted $30 for them and eBay is all over the place on them - worth going back for the flip?

Decent haul today, nothing major. Will post later. I stopped by a little shop in a really nice neighborhood that sells all kinds of neat stuff. They don't have much in terms of clothing - just ties and shoes. They had a nice pile of good stuff, just priced way too high. A pair of new Church's for $250, used JL's for $459. I wonder if they think anyone is going to stumble in there and spend $500 on a used pair of shoes that are fairly beat up. Anyway, they had other cool stuff, including these:

I used to use a tennis ball hanging from the ceiling of the garage - hung it at a spot where it just touched the windshield when I was far enough into the garage.

    Thanks for the info, Spoo!

This is what I had to do at our old place where my land yacht just barely fit into the garage. Worked great.

I've been finding stuff for myself lately!

APC New Standards. Hardly any wear.

Pearl Izumi vest (how do I tell the difference between a cycling and running vest?)

Awesome canvas suit hanger bag. So happy to find this because I have been eying a similar one from Filson but can't justify the $275 they charge.

A lot of boots showing up lately. It's been months since I have come across a good pair.

Lucchese is a great brand, but suede is not one of the more desirable materials. If I were buying for myself, I would pay $30 all day long. For a flip, I would say pass without knowing the specific style, condition, size, etc.
