1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Now that you've mentioned it, I should start looking at that sort of stuff. Very narrow when it comes to looking at things I'm aiming to buy unfortunately. I was hooked by HIM when I saw wings of a butterfly during one of my insomniac MTV marathons.

Some good finds there, but this is stupefying. I think this should be nominated for find of the year. A pair of the boots most SW&D folk will tell you are essential. At at the very least, this silhouette is one of the most important in the goth ninja/minimalist crowd. Also, they're black. If those are more than a few years old, they are way better construction than the most recent iterations.

The basket has been so unkind to me. I guess with 300 days of sun per year, people are conscious about having a nice pair of sunglasses at the ready and are more unwilling to give them up. That said, I'm surprised I haven't found grandpa's 40 year old Persols yet!

My Florsheim beetle boots, it turns out, are also essential to the goth ninja aesthetic.

What boggles me is per the tag they'd been sitting there for nearly 3 weeks. I'm not sure how to date them - I know they are from MMM's Line 22, but not sure when that came to be or how to date beyond that. I was surprised with the quality of the leather though - any side zip I've ever handled before has been quite flimsy while these are very substantial.

Stoked I finally found a black and white houndstooth in my size, and it happens to be a dual vent, completely mint Zegna 15 milmil 15 :)

Just need to get it altered a bit...

These are very cool - Dunhill Tailors suits, fully canvassed, dual vent, flat front and come with a belt made from the same material. Based on some research it sounds like this was a great shop at one time, and one of the most coveted in NYC. They are small, around a 38S, n//a for now until I figure out what I want to do with them.

Those suits are ballin :slayer:! What is going on with the belts? Never seen it before where they were made from the same material as the suit.

Any tall, big dudes?? Any one else ever come across Jared M Custom Clothing? It looks like 6"8/9 would be too tall for it to be Damon Jones though. Also picked up 3 shirts from same company, probably from same donor. Pics later.

    Approximate Measurements:
    BOC: 39"
    Sleeves: 31"
    P2P: 24"
    Sh: 22"

    Believe it's 100% linen, if not, it's a linen-cotton blend.
    Fully canvassed.
    Some handwork.
MOP buttons. Right? I know the cheek test.
