1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

HOLY SHIT! 2 months without thrifting and I've gained 16 lbs and lost 16 lbs in 4 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Big shout outs to NATAKU for hooking it up with the Helmut Lang jacket! Even though it's an orphan, I'm gonna rock the shit out of that shit with some denim shirt and jeans, and some boots with slick back hair! I love you, man!

Very cool! Glad to know he has good taste! Love the buttons. Does he still own any of the sports teams (Suns, D-backs, etc...)?

If all the drama has subsided, did we ever confirm that none of ours were caught in the Salvation Army collapse in Philly?

Sorry Spoo! Already promised to another member. You know who you are, PM me! Its from the Hickey line (more body conscious, more youthful) and fits like a 38-39. I'll keep an out for you though!

Wow, I am not sure how to respond to this.

I would kill (not really) to have this kind of space. I am jealous

Thrifty shoe rack solution for a small room, courtesy of the Capn

Old busted up wooden A-frame ladder, separated into two separate halves and cut to ceiling height. Place against each wall....the walls of my shoe room are 8'-8" apart.
Shelves are re-purposed 2x12 and 1x12 lumber cut to fit beyond the ladder rungs.

    Holds 72 pairs.

WOW! Some you guys have set-ups that look like an entire menswear section from a department store. I think you may have crossed over from being hobbyists to hoarders... [IMG]

Just find some rough space to lease, and start selling enough to cover rent. Sure beats keeping stuff you're trying to Ebay in your living quarters.

Storage brag: As of this week I have 250 linear feet of rack space, the equivalent of 42 rolling 6-foot z-racks :slayer:

Here's my shoe closet at home, one side of it at least. There are about 120 on the racks. Sport shoes on the other side, not seen, and boots and stuff are in my bedroom closet. They're all size 9 or 42. I know, I know, I know...I have a problem, but I donated over 100 pairs when I moved!
