I bought a pair of shoes from the bay and I put one on to see how the fit was. Walked onto my hardwood floors with one shoe on and on my first step I slip and my shoeless foot slams against a corner completely destroying my nail on my big toe. [IMG] Needless to say, I now put on both shoes to determine fit. [IMG]

Well, it does make the heel rather indestructible, and it sounds cool tapping on the floor. But yeah, I'm with ya. Get a vibram heel on those suckers.

    I just about died laughing.

^^ Great deal. For what it's worth, I wear a large normally and have an XL Cucinelli that fits me (though I did have the sides and sleeves taken in). That XXL might work for an XL.

Semi-ugly Asolo hiking boots, but good for going to the store in when it's wet/snowy outside i guess

And my most expensive purchase from a "normal" thriftstore, from the swedish SA. It cost like 95$, but i really wanted it...Thrift prices in sweden are very high though, a burberry trench usually go for between 150-200$, sometimes more
