1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I don't ever do this, but I decided to put together a (mostly) vintage thrift fit even though I'm 21 so that's kind of weird. My collar is messed up.

Passed on my first ever St. Andrews. Beautiful 100% cashmere houndstooth tweed, but unvented and the button stance was a bit low. It'll be half price tomorrow, so I may go back for it.

Not new. Orphan. Is it good? Depends. I am assuming this is a 6x1 ventless jacket.

Not picture some navy BB Golf pants, pretty well made size 38x31. And some jcrew pants for me. All of the above and the BB pants are available.

Anyone know anything about books? Old books are so hit and miss. I'm going have to do some ebay/abebooks research on these.

The Lindberg and explorer books are first editions and the Emily Post is a 1923 second edition, which doesn't sound too impressive until you understand there are a bajillion editions of EP.

Indeed. Purdey is like Holland & Holland. Check for an "MD" - the last purdey tie I found was made by Drake's.

Any size 44's looking for a navy blazer with gold buttons? I found a Brooks Brothers, made in Canada. Loro Piana fabric. Excellent almost mint condition. Available!

Actually, this is on a suit I bought at a thrift thinking it was 6 over 2, but turns out to be 6 over 1. But now I'm intrigued....

Dudeinorite? Makes me feel like I should have called them when I sold the Roger Goodell Zegna, and Evel Abed found those Phil Jackson suits. Cray cray.

    Awesome hauls, CCK and KenP!
