Fit pic. Butler from WAYW inspired me to break out my winter whites. They're definitely an off-white/cream color. I tried to capture them in extra pictures. The picture quality is awful, so not sure what is able to be seen. It's a bit over the top with a good amount of cashmere and crocodile/alligator. :D Any helpful critique always appreciated.

Yep silk, made in China, but silky. They had a bunch of different plaid patterns, all probably from their summer line, being cleared out.

Quick shirt collar maintenance question. I'm aware of the treatment for shirts that have stains already set in, but what do you guys do to keep the stains from coming back? I've tried a couple of different things, including oxyclean prior to washing and the shampoo pre-treatment which was said to help remove the skin oils. Neither are having great success. So do you just use The Method every now and again, or is there something else I can be doing?

    Thanks in advance fellers.

found some near new (look to be worn once or twice) 1967 Hanover Imperial Shell Cordovan PTBs in 6.5D. Will trade for a nice 44r suit/sport coat or some equivalent shoes in 12d if anyone is interested.

Back from a short vacation at Massanutten Resort, just caught up on about 400 posts. No new finds to report. Would normally be in a sour mood about the 2 weeks without a thrift find, but I have used this much needed opportunity to thin out some of my monstrous inventory....and make a little extra cash.

Woah, start your bid off at $9.99, do not be afraid. Let the action commence. On a good day and right bidders, I would not be surprised to see the final value equate to a textbook, 80 - 90 bucks would be about best you could do.

I will say it is a tough gig to try squeeze much over $100 for a used shirt no matter what the brand. There are exceptions of course but even if your shirt was NWT, $250 would be a big ask.

Do not waste money listing and relisting the shirt over and over only to end up selling for well less than estimate. Go one auction, set price low, and you are guaranteed bidders. Fingers crossed and a little luck and shoot the breeze.

Not sure. The tag is on the right side. The left side tag reads, "Patrick Hellmann Collection".

    The pocket tag reads:

    Ordine: 3089 00357; Cliente: HELLM.

I concur. I saw a moth-eaten Hermes sweater start at $0.99 and ended at 60-some dollars. XD

+1 to the treatment every so often.
You're removing something and then it builds up again.
I'm going on 5+ years on a fe of my shirts.
