1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Quite a few stores there to cover! If you know your margins then you can make out well; things will be more expensive, but things will be much, much nicer. Spend money to make money.

Hans - I think that jacket is awesome, who cares if it only gets one use a year. It's worth it.

    Finds from this week:

    Shoes:

    Vintage Bostonian V-Cleat Longwings (10 C, I think)

    Paraboot Split Toes (9)

    Mezlan Genuine Crocodile Loafers (N/A)

    Shirts/Sweater:

    Borrelli x2 (16.6 or 17.5, can't remember), Anna Matuozzo (17.5), Barba (16.5)

    FIlson Workshirt (L)

Forgot to post this and it's on Ebay now, but even though it is a diffusion line I thought it was interesting seeing as how new the line itself is:

Thom Grey by Thom Browne OCBD (L)

    Pringle Cable-Knit Cardigan (N/A)

    Jackets/Suits:

Brooks Brothers Made in Italy FU Tweed (42L)

Peacoat (N/A - from what I can tell online, this is a civilian issue, rather than military, can anyone confirm?)

Green Harris Tweed Overcoat from 1969.

This thing has a hidden placket and gives off an interesting DB effect when buttoned (no size, but about 26 p2p)

This beautiful, no name single-breated peak lapel jacket from the late 60's, early 70's.

Canvassed, beautiful handiwork, very cool piece - and it fits! (N/A)

Corneliani Windowpane Flannelish Suit (for Ebay unless anyone here wants it - 56EU)

    And then this bad boy...

Chocolate Brown RLPL Suit - Hacking & Ticking Pockets, Throat Latch, Flat Front Pants w/ Side Adjusters)

It fits me at a size 40, so it is temporarily unavailable - but do I really need a brown suit? Do I really need any suits? Decisions, decisions...

It is something special. An added bonus was watching the woman at the store price it. This is a place that marks up everything made in Italy or with a foreign sounding name you think you may have heard of. She opened up the jacket, studied the purple label, and gave it the standard suit price for the store.

Also, the tag has the www.whatever website address on it... So probably not terribly old.

Still on the field, with two stops left.

And I gotta say, having met Org in person, he is one of the most well-dressed guys I've ever met. Impeccable attention to detail. Also ridiculously knowledgable - I've really got to up my familiarity with Italian brands/designers.

I haven't been able to go out for a few weeks and made a stop yesterday. This has probably been my single best haul yet. Sorry for the crappy pictures--I took them in a rush.

    Balint Suede Monk.
Is there a way to tell if these are the RTW or bespoke Balint? I'm not sure what the numbers on the inside mean, but I would guess they are 9E. Probably N/A.
By far the nicest shoes I've handled.

I've looked at the photos five times now and still don't see a website address anywhere. Am I just missing it?

Haven't been on for about a month but just wanted to share what i got from a 2 stores. 4 paul smith suits (1 nwot, unhemmed), 1 etro suit, 1 canali grey & purple check. (3 of them hacking pockets, ticket pocket, side vents) isaia pants, etro pants.

All 38 except for the new paul smith 3 button shiny suit. Pants are 30's. These are going to go to the bay unless someone wants to pay close to ebay prices. :spam: Im not coming here to advertise but just wanted to share this.

also, a brag for a pair of shorts still going on: http://www.ebay.com/itm/230959947152?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649
