When it rains it pours I guess. Today I found a bespoke Benson & Clegg silver-blue nailhead sportcoat. $4

It has been dry, dry, dry for me. Other than the odd small item here and there just nothing. I've got to hit the stores more regularly, I guess.

Yeah, I thought about maybe buying some of the stuff to sell either on here or ebay, but it's difficult to gauge interest. I don't want to sink a bunch of money into stuff i'm not sure if I could sell or not. How much do you think I could get for size 40-42 pants NWT($295) either on here or the bay? Most of the pants were Zegna, but a couple Brioni. There was also another brand I didn't recognize, but they looked very similar to Incotex in construction. They'd cost me $10-25 each, so if I could make $25 or $30 a pair or more, it would be worth it to me. Picked up 2 pair of NWOT redwing boots today for $30.

I've wanted a pair of those for awhile, and I see them from time to time, but usually in fair to bad condition.

You should be able to get at least $30 for the NWT Zegna trousers and the used Brionis. I'd grab those other ones as well - they may turn out to be somethin really nice.

Today didn't turn up anything really special.

- A vintage Sierra Designs 60.40 parka in rust/tan. I have two other vintage parkas in this color so this one may go up for sale.

- Recent (and in good condition) Turnbull and Asser french cuff dress shirt

Went to a new shop today. Did AMAZING!

Loro Piana 100% Cashmere black sports coat. All pockets still sealed! From Saks.

Gray Brioni from Neiman Marcus Suit! Was probably made to measure. Size 44R. The jacket is fine, but the pants were a little small (34). Will get those tailored. Unheard of pricing due to a a few pen marks on the inside pants pocket.

Black long leather jacket by Canali.

E Zegna dress shirt gently worn.
Another gorgeous dress shirt with nice colors thown in for free.

Everything above for less than $600!
Will definetly go back.

NWOT Isaia shoes for $20. Anyone know who makes Isaia shoes and what ballpark retail would be? They're pretty funky - red and white canvas dress shoes - definitely summer shoes. I'm a little perplexed as to how I'm going to wear them, but they do fit perfectly. Also a very nice Paul Stuart silk knit tie for $2, and someone's Talking Heads album collection (4 mint LP's) for $4.

Barbour Gamefair waxed jacket. Appears unworn. Probably should have tracked this down by smell rather than sight. $4.19

Racing green leather toiletry kit made in Italy for Dunhill. Unused and pristine. $1.99

I too would like to see pics of the Isaia shoes.

And let's please all root for Alan's luck to change.

Try thrift stores! They're tough to find, especially in big cities, but I think you can do it!
