    .... after work.

Yeah, I realize it's really hard to tell what it is, but I thought some Sander-head would be able to tell me something.

Oh yeah, another mystery. Can anyone decipher this signature?

At first, I thought it was Fe or Fo, but I'm pretty sure it's Tu.

The paintings are pretty cool. There were four. Here's one of them:

Howdy folks. Here are a few pics of some recent brags, since pics are necessary to prove it actually happened. 3x older but good condition Samuelsohn for Paul Stuart suits in the 41ish Reg range (available) EDIT: WITH photos this time....
Light gray stripe: [IMG] Mid-gray birdseye: [IMG] Tan cotton: [IMG]
PS, hand rolled, silk, unknown origin. Not that I care because I'm keeping it, but anyone know who makes this? Could it be one of the big Italian names (e.g., Rubinacci)? [IMG]
RLPL tie (unavailable): [IMG] BB 1818 braces (available) [IMG] x3 Minty white custom shirts (with milky pearl buttons; size 15.5 neck x 20 pit x 17 waist (shirts are slim fit) x 34 arm) (at least one temporarily unavailable) [IMG] ANYONE KNOW WHAT LABEL THIS IS, or should I just assume this is some no-name tailor?
    [IMG][IMG]
VGC Kempson crazy custom shirt. Yes, the arms are a different color and those are fold back button cuffs. (available) [IMG]

You, sir, are a genius. At $25 per, I should probably pick these up (and it might be half price? Probably not.).

Or is that too much for a print, which is what these are, yes?

Was an art major a decade and a half ago. The stuff looked familiar, but still needed the googlebots to help a bit. His stuff is pretty decent looking I think.

Do you think these are likely prints or the real deal?

No idea on that or their value. If they are professionally mounted and framed I would probably pick them up, regardless if they are real or print...if you like them. Different story if you plan to flip. You should be able to decipher if they are real or not by close inspection, however water color can be much trickier ...than say oil paintings. Keep in mind at nearly 80 years old, he may not be around much longer...if they are real, it might be good to hang on to them a few years.

Even the prints of his stuff runs about 40-50 bucks - unframed...and framing is outrageously expensive. Although I can't find one that looks like the one you pictured...could be a good sign.
