    32. Only came to the thrift/#menswear thing in the last year, when I needed to start making a bigger impression at work without making a big impression on my wallet. Seems to be working out thus far.

    I'm closer to 40 than I am 20.

Musically I hate most of the stuff people my age love. Can't stand most of the 70s touchstones (unless you count Can and Kraftwerk) and am a huge fan of minimal electronic music from most eras.

But... was also in a band that played with My Morning Jacket and The Twilight Singers.

    Rawk! Or something.

My dad listened to Kraftwerk all throughout my childhood. I got a chance to take him to see them the last time they were in the states. About 4 years ago if I remember correctly. For some odd reason, on their 5 city tour, one of those was Milwaukee, on 4/20 no less!!! :slayer: My dad was dancing his ass off! Needless to say a great time was had by all, those dudes still have it in them to bring the house down. :slayer: :slayer:

man, in southern california, the market is crazy for them. first it was mission, then cal-modern (heywood wakefield, etc), now danish is through the roof.

    38 in years...somewhere between 17-21 maturity wise though.......[IMG]

Actually started thrifting & selling on Ebay @ 10yrs ago, sold used books (as a hobby..) from thrifts, book sales, etc., for 3 or 4 yrs until i just got too busy w/ work, kids, etc...occasionally would scan the clothes but usually only bought NWT stuff for myself, never for flipping...

still usually browse the shelves when Im in there, but I get more enjoyment finding a really great piece of menswear, even if not my size, that some obscure text about something Im not interested in.... but if i find a decently flippable book, I definitely pick it up....
