This one is truly really small!!
whoops...wrong punch mix.
I agree 100% ...
I pass on more things then I purchase.
Here are some finds... I call it my Mall collection .
TR : Cole Haan, Bally, Bally , Prada
BR : Cole Hann, Faconnable
Can anyone ID these boots? They have two gold rivets and they can snap down.
2 or 3 pages back...just last night. It got paged very quickly, figured you missed it.
Holy shit, that is quite the jacket, I'm not sure even I could pull it off though. That being said, I'd be willing to give it a shot. Is it madras? Tradesies?
I think its Fake...
My favorite hence the username. I found a copy of The Beach Boys- Pets Sounds and Waylon Jennings-Ladies Love Outlaws today. Both I have been after for awhile. Also a Swamp Cats- S/T LP. I still have a bunch of LP mailers somewhere if any of you collectors want to trade records for clothes .
I came across a salvation army today that had all clothing for $1. The only thing I found was a 100% linen unstructured Donna Karan SC that had a very recent Bergdof Goodman label. I've remember in the thread awhile ago someone posted a Donna Karan suit or sc and it had a high end manufacturer. The line was almost out the door as you can imagine everyone had a full cart. After a 30 minutes and only moving 1/4 of the length of the line I gave it to the lady behind me who had a bunch of Stafford suits. I needed to make it to a couple other stores before they closed. I did find:
a pair of AE brown Dovers size 8D
a couple Zegna shirts 15.5
Paul Smith london shirt 16
vintage Ray Ban balorama B&L sunglasses
another vintage 60/40 parka
Canali tie and one of the of the nude pin up ties, quite possibly the raunchiest yet!
Finally, some interesting finds for me out in the middle of nowhere. First up...
My first shells in the wild, Alden for Brooks Brothers, no?
Spoiler: More pics inside
Unfortunately, these are just a size too small for me. Despite the unworn-looking soles, the tops of the shoes are kinda beat up in places, but I'm guessing they can be rehabilitated. I see the love for shell now, as these are dope as hell and I wish they were bigger. Probably going to have to get some cream and cleaner before I send them on their way.
A vintage double-breasted jacket. Nice-looking, but just look at the details...
Spoiler: Seriously, click inside
Absolutely huge buttons with leather-lining on the buttonholes and a leather strip across the top of the pockets.
Oh yeah, the lining is an insanely rad bullfighting print!
This is the ONLY tag in the entire jacket. It is built like a freaking tank and obviously the lining is eye-popping. I'm guessing it's 60s or so. Too small for me (as usual!), so hit me with an offer if you can swag it (based on trying it on, I'm guessing it's 42R or 40R, but can get measurements on request).
Lastly, does anyone know anything about Diesel jeans? Are they worth anything? Picked this pair up for myself, and unfortunately the curse of the cyclists thighs strikes again. 34x34 and they're beautiful, with sort of a grey chambray look.
Personally I would only pick only these two items.
That is St. Andrews - aka RLPL.
I did a little research and I think it was only Donna Karan Signature or Collection so it wouldn't have been a line high up enough to been St Andrews. I remember that comp tag from when I found a bunch of Sulka items. But yeah I've definitely got my eyes open for both of those lines now.
