I generally pass on Proposta. But that lavender color would hesitate me for a sec...Bro, that Canali almost 2 piece opened up the flood gate, huh? [IMG]
Man, that's so sick. If that would of fit me, I would of bid on it!

My best find of the day was this 5 drawer jewelry box which is actually big enough to house and organize the entire cufflink collection. Much better than the bulk cufflink/cardboard box method.

Have you actually sold any cuff links yet? I see them all the time for $5-$10 a pair, but I got the impression that the vtg cuff link market is completely flooded and that they aren't worth hardly anything. I'm curious if I have been completely wrong about that.

I have sold about 35-40 pairs just to SF members ($5-$7 each). I haven't offered them on ebay yet. Kinda want to keep them available for a while on here. Also have a few weddings coming up. My best friend is getting married and all the guys will have their pick of links.

    Hi Ya.

I've been an SF lurker for years but finally came over here to where the men are and the adrenaline flows.

I took my son to the nearby GW for a grad outfit. Grade 6 grad, so why spend real money? I took a few minutes to browse around and got bit bad by the thrifting bug.

BTW, I live in a northern city, not what you'd call cosmopolitan but there's enough oil wealth that people travel and consume conspicuously. So I think there are some gems lurking around - but I won't be picking up any high end suits on a regular basis.

So first off, a standard issue HT by St. Michaels for Marks & Spencer. Some interesting colours happening in it though the camera doesn't do it justice.

And then, 2 minutes later, while rifling the ties:

    Of course I'm now hooked.

Glad to be here and looking forward to learning from some masters of the art.

Got flagged again for review of a Burberry shirt on eBay. Two for two. For kicks I started a listing for a 3rd item, just to see what would happen, and I got the warning screen that it would be flagged and held. Called eBay again, they said it had been reviewed and OK'd, but it wouldn't show up until that magic time of 4:28am the next day (same as previous flagged shirt). Which pisses me off, since I try to time auctions to end when people are actually wake, not the middle of the night.

Anyway, here are all the apparel manufacturers who participate in the VeRO program on eBay and may or may not get you flagged & delayed when listing.

EDIT: and don't even think about selling a counterfeit Zamboni - you'll be sleeping with the fishes.

Those are must have measurements...escpecially if you want to make sure the shoes will fit in that empty spot on the shoe rack.

There is a guy who constantly asks me that question. I try to tell him outsole measurements are not important, but he still keeps asking. Fortunately he did eventually buy a pair........ but they didn't fit right. lol
