I've been waiting for almost 31 years to get a dog! Empty promises by the parents during my childhood and teenage years have left a hollow spot in my heart. We are set on a Greyhound. Those animals are beautiful! Gentle and doesn't require much exercises contrary to popular beliefs. We visited a few rescue organizations, we felt in love with those long sleek and muscular bodies! Also, they are very cat like. How cool is that? A dog that is also a cat.

Thanks, buddy! I would hate to let the SF style gods down after they have taught me so much! Cross my fingers for that elusive RLPL that will fit me!

Those are gorgeous dogs! But they require tons of exercises and takes up too much time. Pass for me.

I love both Lakelands and Welsh Terriers. I will own one at some point in my life along with an Irish Terrier and one of my favorites, a Wire Haired Fox Terrier. I had wanted an Airedale for years and when we were considering our first dog together, my wife wanted something a bit more familiar to her. She's since changed her mind now that ours is just over a year old and she's now a terrier lover. Though he does occasionally embarrass us in dog school when every other shepherd, lab and golden retriever faithfully listens to their owner and ours makes a decision at each command as to whether he agrees with you.

A bunch of great looking dogs on this forum! Love the Malamute!

A few more of ours. Spoiler tagged to save the non-dog people from reading a thread clogged by dog pictures :D

    Here are today's finds...

I managed to find a staple white Borrelli. I would say it is mint except a small spot on the back of the collar. It will hopefully come out as it is visible.

I don't make a ton of sales on eBay, so I find it weird that this makes 7 Zegna shirts (of various levels) that I have. Oh well, first world problem, right?
    [IMG][IMG]

So what's the story with this again? Is it made for outlets? I thought it was cool, so it doesn't really matter I suppose. Partially lined, patch pockets, 100% linen, but unvented.

I also grabbed a La Martina polo, but now that I have it home, I think it's fake. Too bad, it was my first.

I need a pair of sunglasses, if anyone has anything without major defects for a moderate price let me know, not wayfarers though

on a side note, i hate solstice/sunglass hut much more than pnutpug hates ebay/paypal - my wife has bought many pairs of glasses from them, and from both stores she decided she wanted to return something. I am certain the SA's are told to conjure up a scratch/problem so they will not accept returns.

I went 4 years ago. Dubrovnik is amazing. Jumping off the rocks into crystal clear water outside the walls is incredible.

Not clothing related, not thrifted, but scored off Craigslist for a hell of a deal! A "new" still has the plastic on it with only the most minor of display model / moving wear, top of the line LeMond Fitness G-Force RT Reumbent Bike for $600!! So excited, I just wanted to tell someone....carry on.

First, super props to Catside, for hooking me up with a really sweet J Press suit, incredible condition and fits like a glove- thanks man!

Here are a few pickups from the last week:

Florsheim by Duckie Brown, excellent condition with practically no signs of wear, Navy PTB's, my size (8.5 D) so keeping for now

Florsheim PTB Shell Cordovan, 11D, the resole job looks a little sub par, but def. some life left before the next one

BB Golden Fleece Brownish plaid, tag got over dry cleaned & mostly missing, so cant see actual size, PP @ 25, so maybe 46-48,
may be an orphan but i think it would look great w/ some dark jeans...would keep if my size

Nice Zegna Made in Italy size S, with large buttons
