Wedding PSA - Please Ignore Otherwise - No Finds Herein
Unfortunadamente, Typhoid's generosity just didn't work out. (For future reference, not his fault at all. Great guy.) So, still being a relatively poor bastard, I am still in the market for a white, spread collar shirt for my wedding.
Things I'm looking for:
- Solid White
- Plain weave
- Spread collar (Think: PRL Regent)
- Must iron**
- Recent BB (Purple label, Golden Fleece, Makers and Merchants)
- PRL Regent, RLPL
You get the idea. Thanks a lot, everyone. Ya'll have been quite nice about this, and I appreciate your patience.
Woa, nelly! Can't bleeeeda I gotz me thez!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Meh.. Not Prorsum. At least 15 years old.
Thats not really Prorsum line you know. If it doesn't work out, I have 2 or 3 like it.
yup, that's DEFINITELY not prorsum, kind of a misleading auction title if you ask me. not a terrible deal, hopefully it fits you good.
Ahhhh jeez, I didn't see the "Burberrys'" tag...From what I've read, "Burberrys" became "Burberry" around 1998 to 1999. So this jacket is at least 13 years old. Anyone has any ideas what line this is from? Anyone who has this jacket, care to share info. on canvas? 1/2? Fused? Country of origin?
I'm still pretty happy with the price. The measurements look right. Hope it fits...
Isn't that a certain SF Thrifter's auction????
In related news, I just overpaid for a gray BB suit.
Huh, now you mentioned it, the name does look familiar...
It's Mainy, I think.
I wouldn't be happy if I paid that much for that blazer.
If it fits great, though, I guess it's fine.
