1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

I LOL'd. I agree, though - don't pick up the 3 pleated ones, but 1 or 2 pleats will sell - maybe not for much, but they will sell - if in good condition and whatnot. Use your best judgment.

Would pick that up even if unvented. A decent name + cashmere means someone will usually want it. I had a Geoffrey Beene cashmere jacket that sold - it was unvented, but it had Loro Piana cashmere, if I remember right. Especially in the fall, someone will go for a random cashmere jacket sometimes, even without a name... but a name gets you views, which are really the hard part.

Edit: spelling. Also - be really careful of damage on that Zegna SC - I've seen two, ever, and both of them had major moth concerns.

I'm going to guess the consensus here is going to be to get the Zegna SC anyway.

Found a pair of matching Orvis luggage pieces at GW yesterday. Both in like-new condition and I got the pair for 11.98 plus tax! Really an awesome pickup because I needed a new carry on. I found the briefcase and got so excited that it was only 4.99 that I just about ran to the register rather than snooping for more pieces. Good thing I did or I would have missed the Carry on!

May go back next week to see if any other pieces turn up.

This vintage 100% cashmere hounds tooth sport coat, mop's, fit's perfectly and is soft as a baby's bottom. Single vented and very soft shouldered. Anybody recognize these tags?

Gloverall made in England duffel coat, navy with a blackwatch lining, and the best part, my size!!!! This is in MINT condition and possibly even never worn. I will add this to the other two duffel coats I own. I think I have a problem, but for $9.99, I wasn't going to leave it there. :nodding:

In keeping with the Hudson Bay discussion, here is the one i picked up over Labor Day from my buddy's mom for $20. We busted it out last week, and I can safely say, it's warm as fuck. :D

Pleasantly surprised how often you find cool things in your size. I'm a 38 as well and don't seem to share the same luck [IMG].
