    ebay feedback....

looking at that sellers feedback - I see two things that really piss me off.

    1. someone buys something for 99 fucking CENTS and then leaves negative feedback. c'mon, really? what do you expect for .99?

    2. someone (zafirof2) had a negative experience and left negative feedback on 02/06 that says "ripped off. Do not buy...." AND THEN, that same buyer leaves neutral feedback on transactions dated 02/10 and 03/03. Really? You bought from the same buyer after leaving negative feedback.

That kind of shit really gets me hot. :censored: .... not in a hawt :inlove: kind of way.

    :lookaround:

OK, guys, come on: Brioni? Ticket Pocket? Double vent? Cool pattern? Wool/silk blend? This alone deserves some love; leaving aside the RLPL linen, Gucci and Charvet ties (age notwithstanding) and other decent items. Granted, the pictures sucked, but still... [IMG] OK, self-aggrandizement over. :paranoia:

Today, first up, picked up this old steamer trunk for my wife's mom. She asked me to keep an eye out for one for her months ago. Coincidentally, shes coming to visit this weekend. Should net me some good son-in-law points. :D

Some Ebay person bought a suit from me on Sunday then I get this message on Monday.... "Hello please cancel the transaction for this item as my son has indicated that the style is a bit old for him. I would appreciate cancellation. Thank you."

I was going to call eBay today to figure out the proper things to do, but this is freaking ridiculous. Anyone have any suggestions?

File a non-paid item claim and be ready to contact ebay when/if they neg feedback you. Should be able to get it removed if they don't buy the item, but who knows with those scammers(ebay)

Nice shoe finds, Eazy. I found two pairs of Church's diplomats (black & brown) in my size a few months ago and I wear them all the time.

Here's a happy fun time thrift tale for you all. Yesterday I stopped by a Goodwill on my lunch break and saw this:

    inside I found this:

    Then This:

    Made by St. Andrews -right?

    Plus this:

My next thought was what would be more disappointing - not finding the pants or finding all the holes that the coat is undoubtedly riddled with?

So I hit the pants rack. At the very end I found these:

Put it all together and you've got this:
3-piece Sulka Suit, made in Italy by St. Andrews:

    Birdseye?

Collar needs a slight bit of reattachment, other than that - no flaws:

Unfortunately for me, at a 42 the suit is too big. It is available, but I need cache bad so I can't give a big Ebay discount on this. But if you are interested hit me up and maybe we can work something out.

Approximate measurements: Chest 22, Sleeve 25, Shoulder 20, Length 31. Pants are about 36x32 (pleated & cuffed)

More finds from recent trips to follow...
